Educated in Nicaragua and Germany, Ms. Holmann’s in-depth experience in Nicaraguan insurance has been enriched by varied work in the financial services industry, corporate event organization, marketing and broadcasting. Ericka brings our company extensive first-hand knowledge of the particularities of Nicaragua’s spectacular Rivas coastline from the Costa Rica border to Tola both as a developer and insurance specialist.

Educated in the United States and Spain (BA in Marketing) and (MBA), Ms. Rosales’ experience at the helm of two export companies brings real world business savvy to our insurance clients. Gabriela past work experience includes responsibilities as an account executive, where she was responsible for freight forwarding for free trade zone companies and coffee producers who export to Europe. As operations manager for the sustainable dry fruit producer Sol Simple, Gabriela ran all aspects of that cutting edge eco-conscious business. It is precisely this kind of hand’s on private sector business experience that make her a quick read on our corporate clients’ insurance needs.

WARREN “MIKE” NEWTONWarren “Mike” Newton, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, has 26 years insurance industry experience with clients throughout Latin American and the United States. Mike’s expertise in the insurance industry is not only unparalleled in Nicaragua, but he scope of knowledge is also significantly broader than any other broker in this country since he not only holds a Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU) degree, but is also a graduate of the Loyola University Law School and a member of the Louisiana State BAR.
Mr. Newton mixes his industry practice and legal knowledge to provide valuable consulting support to the CSISA staff. As an advisor to CSISA agents, Mike blends his knowledge of US and Nicaraguan insurance to assure that CSISA provides the policy that best suites client needs. As part of his commitment to making sure the staff at CSISA provides the best service possible to their clients, Mike has continued the employee stock option purchase (ESOP) initiated in 2008 to the company to staffers. He continues to add value to the organization and its clients as a senior advisor.
Mike Newton is the owner of Tours Nicaragua, an upscale destination management company renowned throughout Latin America as Nicaragua’s finest incoming tour operator and is also a boating enthusiast and a small aircraft pilot. Mike likes to pass his free time cooking for friends and with his three boys and wife.
OSWALDO BALDIZON MARINOswaldo Baldizón Marin, a native of Matagalpa, has 11 years experience working as an insurance broker. Oswaldo has used this decade of experience to develop an extensive network of contacts within Nicaragua’s five local insurance providers and a profound understanding of both what our customer needs and how that relates to what each company has to offer.
Mr. Baldizón uses his inside contacts to best facilitate customer claims and paperwork, as well as attain the best prices and products. His equally broad and profound knowledge of each provider’s product offering also helps to guarantee that we best match our clients’ needs with most appropriate and useful policy.
Oswaldo Baldizón holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from Universidad Nacional de Ciencias y Tecnología in Managua. He likes to spend his free time with his family, as well as restore furniture and go swimming. Oswaldo believes as we do that his rapid efficient service makes him an integral part of our team.
JOSEFA LOPEZ HERNANDEZJosefa López Hernández, a native of Managua, is the newest member of our staff. Josefa works in customer service and is the master of structure and she that keeps our team well organized. Her lightening quick response times to customer inquires is also highly valued by our clients.
Ms. López has diverse experience both with the medical and construction industries where she has worked in customer service, accounting and as an event organizer. She is currently studying for a degree in computer engineering at the Universidad de Managua.
Josefa utilizes her free time to work as an election observer for the non-profit Nicaraguan political watchdog organization Ética y Transparencia and to organize fundraising events for children with cancer.
ALEJANDRA “ALLIE” GUTIERREZAlejandra Gutierrez, a native of Managua, is affectionately known to most of our clients simply as Allie. She works in customer service and in particular works on our clients’ health insurance plans for individual, corporate and foreign clients here in Nicaragua.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ms. Gutierrez has home bred business experience helping her family from a very young age with their snack foods company, a blossoming start-up that manufactures and distributes their own brand of local snack foods. Being the mother of a two year old boy, gives Allie first-hand knowledge of family medical health issues and the value of insurance coverage. Alejandra is a graduate of UNICIT university in Managua with a degree in marketing and advertising.
Allie utilizes her spare time to take care of her boy Alejandro Paohlo. She also likes to play basketball, recalling her glory days as a high school point guard, and when time permits she goes out dancing at local discos.
